RunFit

Terms · Updated October 4, 2026

A tool for understanding.
You make the decisions.

RunFit is a free, independently maintained running-analysis project. These terms explain its use and limits.

Use the runs you’re entitled to use.

Use RunFit for your personal running analysis. Only connect accounts and import information you own or have permission to use. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users or connected services.

Estimates are a starting point.

Fitness, durability and race-goal outputs are estimates based on available data and your settings. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a guarantee of performance.

RunFit provides information, not medical advice, diagnosis or an individualized training prescription. Use your judgment and appropriate professional advice when making health or training decisions.

Look after your local history.

Your activity history is stored on your device. Keep a RunFit backup if you need to preserve it. Browser cleanup, device loss or clearing site data can remove it.

You are responsible for the information you enter and the permissions you grant. See the Privacy page for how local data, connections and support messages are handled.

Independent of your watch and Strava.

RunFit is not endorsed by or affiliated with Strava, Garmin or other device makers. Their names identify compatible services or data sources. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Optional contributions through Ko-fi support project upkeep. They do not buy or unlock features, access to Strava, or a service guarantee.

Provided as available.

RunFit is provided as-is and as available, without a guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. Features and connected services may change or become unavailable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RunFit’s maintainer is not responsible for losses arising from use of the app, its estimates, unavailable services or lost local data. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
