Quick answers

My history is here, but some insights are missing.

Run summaries appear before detailed analysis finishes. Recent runs are processed first. Runs without usable heart rate may not support Fitness or durability estimates. Check the Data page if an import has paused.

Why doesn’t my Fitness match my watch’s score?

Different tools describe different things. RunFit uses your pace, heart-rate effort and duration to help you compare your own runs. Its Fitness score is not a watch VO₂ max score.

Why did an estimate change?

New runs, corrected heart-rate settings and newly available details can change the evidence. Heat, hills, fatigue and sensor quality can also affect individual runs. Look at the trend and its supporting workouts together.

Can I use RunFit without Strava?

Yes. Import supported activity files or add runs manually from the Data page. The insights available depend on the data you provide.

Where is my history on another device?

Each browser keeps its own local history. Restore a RunFit backup on the other device, or connect Strava there to sync its last 24 months.

How do I correct or remove a run?

Select the run on a chart and use the edit icon. Manual runs open an edit form. Strava runs offer reload or delete from analysis; this does not delete the activity on Strava.

How do I disconnect Strava?

On the Data page, choose Disconnect. You can retain a local copy or remove Strava activities from RunFit. You can also revoke access in your Strava app settings.

How do I delete local data?

Use the deletion controls on the Data page to remove older history or all local data. Export a RunFit backup first if you want to keep a copy. Clearing browser site data also removes your local history.
